A qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist and menopause coach offering calm, non-judgemental support — in my Maidstone garden room or online.
I’m a qualified Level 5 Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, and a qualified Menopause Coach. Alongside my private practice, I work within a charity supporting parents and grandparents affected by baby loss and birth trauma, and I continue to grow through ongoing training, including Post-Natal Depression support.
Through both my professional training and my own life experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, stress and major life changes can affect your well-being. My aim is simple: to help you feel heard, supported and empowered as you move forward.
In-person sessions are held in my summerhouse in Maidstone — a private, calming room tucked into the garden, surrounded by flowers. It’s a genuine safe space to talk things through, make sense of what’s happening and find practical ways to feel more balanced and in control.
Prefer the comfort of home? Sessions are available online too — whatever feels easiest for you.
Every person is unique, so I shape each session around you rather than a fixed formula.
A safe, confidential space to explore your feelings and experiences. Together we build greater understanding, self-awareness and practical ways of moving forward — drawing on Person-Centred, CBT and Psychodynamic approaches, chosen to suit you.
A gentle way to work with the subconscious mind, often experienced as deep, focused relaxation. It can help with anxiety and stress, confidence, sleep, fears and phobias, and habit change — and sits well alongside counselling.
Emotional support combined with practical guidance — exploring nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and self-care, and building healthy habits that work for you, so you feel more informed, empowered and in control.
